Shake Shack, perhaps most of you have heard once recently, is one of the hottest American food chain that launched to Japan.
One of the reasons that people are obsessed with Shake Shack is their gourmet burgers. They use 100% antibiotic-free Angus beef and buttered buns (which tastes very good, I have tried it once) and this matched the modern consumer's demand to the better food quality.
