Does Obama have a good comedy sense?

On April 30, Obama made a speech at his final White House Correspondents’ Dinner. In his speech he took humorous jabs at the Presidential Election as follows:

“Guest [RNC members] were asked if they wanted steak or fish, and a whole bunch of you wrote in Paul Ryan [some members want him to run for the election]”
“...my approval ratings keep going up. The last time I was this high, I was trying to decide on my major.”
“Hillary trying to appeal to young voters is a little bit like your relative just signing up for Facebook; ‘Did you get my poke?’”

I think all his jabs are bitter ironies that tell dilemmas of this election; Republicans are compelled to choose between the insensitive billionaire or the eccentric senator; Hillary has tough games against our expectations; People may miss Obama’s America.
Overall, it seems that these jokes imply many Americans don’t feel drawn towards the candidates. I found the incumbent president mocking these dilemmas with jokes has a good comedy sense.
